JSC"Minsk Bearing Plant" is put into practice of new personnel policy of human resource development, aimed   at creating the conditions for full realization of the potential of each employee of the company.

The  principals of this policy are formulated in a specially designed program "Human Resources" 2011-2015

The main directions of the work with "MPZ" personnel:

- motivation of the personnel to the implementation of the social-economic tasks of 2011-2015.;

- recruitment of workers, specialists and managers according to their professional and moral and psychological    qualities;

- the formation of an effective management personnel and the organization of systematic work with them;

- improving the forms and methods of staff evaluation;

- certification of managers and specialists;

- re-training and self-development;

- optimizing the moral and psychological climate in "MPZ" team;  

- connection with social organizations.
